I think this game should be a "Notable Game". OK, he missed some winning chances, but nevertheless, it was a great achievement. :)

Sep-09-13  Caissanist: If you think a game should be a notable game then you need to put it in a collection. "Notable games" are autogenerated from people putting them in collections. I'm surprised that hasn't already happened, since there are several collections of Fischer's M60MG here.
