Oct-12-10  redorc19: weird name...
Oct-12-10  TheFocus: Eck! A mouse!
Jan-11-12  Morphischer: He was a Eck of a player.
Mar-09-18  mulde: Eck surprisingly seemed to be strong enough to get a match with Baron Heydebrand von der Lasa who was a well known master. But we seem to know nothing about Mr.Eck? May be actually he was the first one to switch the Sicilian into an English with 2.c4 - without success this time but with much more played in a master's hand like Cochrane.

Jul-29-23  whiteshark: My first thought was that it's Conrad Waldemar Vitzthum von Eckstaedt
