In the enourmous database there were a lot of Mukhin dublets, only differing in the first name.

  Tabanus: FIDE lists an Evgeny B Mukhin of Uzbekistan born in 1956.

Someone also posted about an Evgeny Mukhin born in 1932, with ref. to "Chess: Encyclopedic Dictionary, Moscow, 1990, p. 235".
