  GrahamClayton: There has to be a story behind Garner's participation in the 3rd ICCF Final. There were no qualification rounds, and Garner was chosen as the representative for the North American(?) zone. Judging by his performance in the final, he was totally outclassed, so why was he chosen in the first place? Did he place well in any CCLA events such as the Golden Knights?
