Ross E. Siemms of Toronto is a Canadian Correspondence Chess Association Master and captain for Canada at the 1958 Olympiad who accumulated 5.5 points in 11 team games.

In 1950, he tied for 1st place in the U.S. Junior Championship.

In 1953, he represented Canada at the World Junior Championship.

In 1954, he won the U.S. Junior Championship (8.5-1.5) at Long Beach, California. He also won the Canadian Junior Championship.
