Jul-17-04  vonKrolock: <Helloween> a search on Botvinkov's name dont shows much - but BOTVINNIK is a fairly common name (as presumably other name in "nik", Kramnik), you find on-line infos like this: <Old principles of forming Jewish family names also ... Shenker, (tractor driver); Botvinnik (“botsvina”- vegetable .. Kramnik - bench maker>
