Feb-29-04  ConLaMismaMano: The IM Carlos Gallegos (ELO 2460) is the strongest player in Venezuela, i think he lives in Spain and competes in tournaments there in Europe, but i haven't seen him much, so if anyone has any info about him it would be nice
