Aug-19-07  technical draw: You're right. There should be at least 74 games from the olympiads where he played first or second board for Puerto Rico.
Aug-19-07  technical draw: Miguel and his brother Arturo ruled the Puerto Rico chess scene for 20 years. Until the Fischer era brought out young players.
