  egilarne: Happy 80th birthday, Øystein!
Øystein Sande was a founder of my chess club, Volda Sjakklubb in 1972. He is mostly known as a correpondance master, Norwegian Champion, and participator in Word Championship Final. Over the board he was second in a Norwegian Championship, and participated in the Norwegian team at the Chess Olympiad at Valetta, Malta in 1980, with +3 = 1 -3.
