MissScarlett: On November 8th, 1928, Emanuel Lasker conducted a clock simul against ten selected 'experts' at the Rice Progressive CC in New York, in which he scored +7 =1 -2. Most of the names are familiar (Kevitz, Polland, Bernstein, Treysman, McCudden, Kline) but I was surprised to find that Losinky, J Kahn, J. Huzsar and A.P. Glass have barely troubled the database.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, November 15th, 1928:

<J. Losinsky, who was one of five to win from Dr. Lasker on the occasion of his first exhibition at the Stuyvesant Chess Club, was again undefeated when he met the same master at the I. L. Rice Progressive Chess Club. This time Losinsky, after losing a piece for two Pawns, established such a strong position that Dr. Lasker felt constrained to force a draw by perpetual check.>

The Stuyvesant CC simul happened on the 18th October, but I couldn't find any further details.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle of March 29th, 1929, relating the details of Alekhine's massive simul (+42 =6 -4) at the Brooklyn Institute CC on the 28th, counts amongst the victors: <Jacob Losinsky, a Russian player of exceptional talent>

Tabanus: The Daily Colonist, 14 April 1929:

"Dr. Aljechin played 52 simultaneously at the Brooklyn Institute of Arts and Sciences. One of the hardest tasks that has yet confronted him. He won 42, drew 6 and lost 4. The victors were Pieter Maas, Ed. Soloman, <Jacob Losinsky> and Serafln Suarez. This is the champions last play before beginning his tour of the continent of North America."

There is a piece about him in New York Times, 20 Sept. 1941, for those who have access to it.
