May-25-06 Tarrasch vs Romberg, 1893 (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: incredible...the only thing which has prevente dthis game from being called a classic is that it involved rook odds(which most people would view as even more astonishing...but it isn't quite normal chess!)
May-25-06 Euwe vs Przepiorka, 1928 (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: FIRST! great game by the player of the day! a move like 42>Be4 by Euwe make me wonder if he was high during the game !
   May-17-06 Y Kruppa vs Balashov, 1986
AlexanderMorphy: great game by Kruppa! 33.Nf6 was a bad move..but blacks position was already bad enough with the majority of his pieces on the queenside while white was attacking on the kingside. with careful play black still had a chance to get back into the game!
   May-17-06 Yuri Kruppa (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: 793 games and 322 wins, yet i'm the first one to kibitz on Kruppa's page!
   Apr-25-06 Boris Becker (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: Sampras was better than both of them!
   Apr-25-06 Janowski vs W Cohn, 1902 (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: good endgame play by the man that hated endgames lol!
   Apr-19-06 Wardaugh vs C Brown, 1969 (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: this is very similar to todays GOTD!
   Apr-18-06 Grigor Minchev (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: <eric shiller> he did break the 2000 ELO barrier according to that game against topalov...he was rated 2330 at that point!
   Apr-18-06 Sam Loyd (replies)
AlexanderMorphy: this guys puzzles really were incredible(and still are) but i wonder why he wasn't a good tounament player???
Apr-16-06 Kramnik - Topalov World Championship Match (2006) (replies)
