   Jul-24-08 A Soondarsingh vs D Trujillo Delgado, 2004

Arkaynan: I had a game very similar to this; my opponent chose the very rare, 4. Nc3. My game is as follows: NN vs. Arkaynan 1. d4 Nf6 2. c4 c5 3. d5 b5 4. Nc3 b4 5. Nb5 a6 6. Qa4 Bb7 7. Be3 axb5 8. Qxb5 Qc8 9. Bxc5 e6 10. Bxf8 Rxf8 11. dxe6 fxe6 ...

   Mar-22-08 Tinsley vs J Mason, 1895

Arkaynan: 18. ...O-O??

Dec-26-07 Blackburne vs Imbrey, 1879 (replies)

Arkaynan: I'm not sure, but 37. f4! looks winning for white. Taking en passant loses a rook, so the queen will have to retreat to g6,7, or 8, all of which can be attacked by 38. ♖g1. If ♕ moves too far away, ♖xh7 and ♕h4 follow. I would love to hear the real reason ...

Dec-22-07 Chekhover vs Pirc, 1935 (replies)

Arkaynan: The four knights in the center after 16. ... ♘xe5 are amusing :)

Dec-16-07 Grob vs Hasler, 1966 (replies)

Arkaynan: After 18. ... ♕b8 isn't black alright? If not in the best position at least he still has a Queen.

   Dec-10-07 J Noa vs F Riemann, 1881

Arkaynan: Why not 57. ...♕a1+ 58. ♕b1 ♕xb1+ 59. ♔xb1 ♖xh8 winning both the white Queens?

   Nov-26-07 A Budo vs F Bohatirchuk, 1931 (replies)

Arkaynan: Why not 44. ... ♖xf4? After 45. ♔xf4 ♘xd5 black is up a minor piece and three pawns. If white declines the rook then black is up a rook and two eventually passed pawns.
