   May-26-21 Jansa vs Shabalov, 1991

HelaNubo: Jansa missed a winning strike at move 27: instead of 27. Bc5? he had 27. Nb2! and Black must give up a rook for a bishop with 27...., Rxe3, because 27...., Ra3 is met by 28. Bc5! Rxa2; 29. Bxd6 Rxa2 30. Rxe7+ winning a whole piece.

   Jun-23-19 D Anton Guijarro vs S Soysal, 2019

HelaNubo: Black could have brilliantly won with both 24.... Nf3+! or 24.... R:h3!. (He lost instead;-)

   Jan-10-17 Jobava vs M Atabayev, 2016 (replies)

HelaNubo: Nice rapid game by Jobava, and a good (thursday/friday)puzzle.

   Dec-31-16 Indjic vs C Cruz, 2016 (replies)

HelaNubo: This is a nice combo after 31. Bg4+, and could be a good wednesday/thursday puzzle.

   Apr-04-12 J D Thornton vs L Sanchez, 2012 (replies)

HelaNubo: <dzechiel: [...] 22...Qh3+ 23 Kg1 Qg2#> Ooops, dzechiel: 23.... Qg2+?? 24. Bxg2;-)

Sep-10-11 M Sion Castro vs Z Franco Ocampos, 1989 (replies)

HelaNubo: A nice example of the well known saying: "Queen and knight, it's all right".

   Jul-27-11 V Vepkhvishvili vs V Chikadze, 1995 (replies)

HelaNubo: <dzechiel: Should white avoid taking the bishop with 21 Qa3 instead, then 21...Nxc2 22 Qd3 Nb4 gets the material back as white now has both his queen and his rook under attack.> Hi dzechiel, after 21 Qa3, I thought 21. .... Rc4 with the mate threat in c2 wins on the spot, ...

   Jun-04-11 P Beggi vs G Bocchicchio, 1994 (replies)

HelaNubo: 38. Bh5! is a nice strike from a sorely missed italian master. It could be fit for a tuesday puzzle, maybe.

Jun-30-10 N Bojkovic vs Zhao Xue, 2008 (replies)

HelaNubo: I think this is a spoiler from CG, isn't it? 40. Qg5! is not at wednesday level, I think.

Mar-14-10 Stahlberg vs Menchik, 1935 (replies)

HelaNubo: It's a pity Vera Menchik missed 34.... Qxb3! 35. axb3 a2 36. Qd1 Bxc3, winning. The position after 34. Qd3 could be a nice tuesday/wednesday puzzle.
