Apr-01-18 Caruana vs Carlsen, 2018 (replies)
Jay60: < Imran Iskandar: Caruana won the last London tournament; do you mean the last Wijk tournament?> Sorry! Yes, I meant the recent Tata Steel (Wijk) event where Caruana ended with a -4 score.
Mar-12-18 Aronian vs Kramnik, 2018 (replies)
Jay60: I so badly want Kramnik to win the Candidates and then beat Carlsen in the Championship Match!!!
   Dec-27-17 Carlsen vs Nepomniachtchi, 2017
Jay60: <visayanbraindoctor> Thanks for your analysis. Great to read for a patzer like me :)

Nov-29-16 Carlsen - Karjakin World Championship Match (2016) (replies)
Jay60: Though the classic games ended in a tie, I would say Karjakin far exceeded expectations, especially if you consider his poor tournament results leading up to this match. Congratulations Karjakin!

Jay60: As for "I don't know what the Hilary Clinton has earned" that is the crux of the problem. You do not know the Clintons have received more than $100 million in personal income from corporations in the past decade. This lack of information allows you to continue living in a bubble ...

Jay60: <Richard Taylor: I want to see a socialist world with equality and decency not this rapacious Capitalism of Trump et al..> Don't be a drama queen and look past superficial appearances. The Clintons have received over $100 million in personal income from corporations over the ...
Nov-19-16 Karjakin vs Carlsen, 2016 (replies)
Jay60: <fred1257> Fischer would have been down 0-3 to either of these two players by the 6th game.
   Jul-03-16 Carlsen vs A Giri, 2016
Jay60: Not only does Giri lead Carlsen 1-0 in classical games, but in the 5 Blitz games they played in 2016, he leads Carlsen 3-2. Quite an achievement for any player to have any form of winning score against Carlsen!
   Dec-27-15 Carlsen vs A Giri, 2015 (replies)
Jay60: Giri is now #2 and 4 years younger than Carlsen. At some point Carlsen's continued inability to beat Giri may cause a loss of confidence. For a while it looked like Caruana would be the challenger for Carlsen, but now Giri seems the better prospect.
