   Nov-16-19 Alburt vs D E Vigorito, 1993 (replies)

Louben: Not so hard for a saturday (I must admit that I was helped by the fact that I did not even consider 24.Rxb7 !)

Nov-11-19 E Torre vs Van der Wiel, 1987 (replies)

Louben: Nice is 54.Rd6+;Bf6;55.Qh8#

   Oct-25-19 A Lein vs Taimanov, 1961 (replies)

Louben: eternaloptimist is right: this is the Opening of the Day today.

   Jun-25-19 Vladimir Kramnik (replies)

Louben: I have also noticed the disparition of the "notable games" from the page of many players.

   May-29-19 D Sarenac vs R Rajapakse, 2008

Louben: Ironically enough, both of the previous commentaries seem to be wrong: according to stockfish, White are better on move 13 and the a4, a5 idea is approved by the computer...

   Feb-10-19 Carlsen vs G Jones, 2018 (replies)

Louben: Even if the piece's sacrifice was unintentionnal, it is a matter of fact that it gives somme compensation as stockfish estimation gives only -1.18 after white's 17th move. Nothing insurmountable for a player like Carlsen.

Feb-04-19 Dennis Posocco vs Ezra Terryn, 2017 (replies)

Louben: 10 ...? would have been a little bit more interesting.

   Nov-06-18 S Dyachkov vs I Nepomniachtchi, 2009

Louben: 37...Re2 seems to be a winning move thanks to the nice trap: 38. Rc8+ Kh7 39. Qd3+ f5 40. Qxe2 Qh1+ 41. Rf4 Qe4#

   Oct-20-18 D Bocharov vs A Mokshanov, 2015

Louben: 33...Qc2 could have saved the black position.

Oct-11-18 Epishin vs Short, 2002 (replies)

Louben: Castling towards the cemetery!
