MarkN: What about 23.Bh6 g6 24. Qd4? I guess it wins a knight but isn't as forcing. Which could be said about the actual game if black had noticed Qh4 I guess. So would that count as a solution?

MarkN: What does that mean? Is it just a chessboard so you can view what the engine recommends?

MarkN: <Eyal> Thanks for answering. So what might be a "normal" amount of time on a non-time-consuming-addict GM clock at say move 30? How about move 35?

   May-20-07 Z Andriasian vs M Rodshtein, 2006 (replies)

MarkN: I dunno, I'm not very good or anything, but it seems like black had things under control until his 24th move, and Andriasian got lucky that Rodshtein blundered away a piece. Can anyone comment and say if thats right?

MarkN: why not 10...cxd6?

Dec-28-06 Maurian vs Morphy, 1854 (replies)

MarkN: i guess Bf7 threatens Be8 on the next move... obviously not too hard to handle
