Feb-12-08 Karpov - Kasparov World Championship Match (1985) (replies)

Necessary Truths: The first game listed (Kasparov-Karpov, 26 moves, draw) clearly doesn't belong here. Does anyone know where this game came from?

   Feb-03-08 B South vs T Neshan, 1980 (replies)

Necessary Truths: This is the only game listed for either of these players. Is one of them a master? If not, then this game doesn't really belong here.

Necessary Truths: LOL! How can he have notable games?! No one even knows who he is! Also, I love the fact that he (she?) most often plays the King's Gambit, from both sides no less.

Necessary Truths: <Timsun> Sorry, I thought it was an incomplete game score. It has been removed.

Dec-13-07 Svidler vs Pelletier, 2001 (replies)

Necessary Truths: According to Shredder's endgame tablebase, Svidler should have played 51. Ra7 with a win in 29 moves or Rc7 with a win in 38 moves; anything else draws. I guess Svidler needs to brush up a bit on his R+P vs R endgames.

   Dec-04-07 V Teterev vs A Zhigalko, 2001 (replies)

Necessary Truths: What am I missing here? After 34. Qxb6, white looks to be completely winning; why then the 0-1?

Nov-14-07 Ivanchuk vs Carlsen, 2007 (replies)

Necessary Truths: This has to be a draw. Queens and same colored bishops, with only a four to three pawn situation? Gotta be a draw.

Nov-14-07 Mamedyarov vs Gelfand, 2007 (replies)

Necessary Truths: <Bishoprick: ... Tal belonged to the world.> I don't think that Tal would've agreed; he probably thought that he belonged to himself (or perhaps to chess).

Sep-27-07 Fischer vs Euwe, 1960 (replies)

Necessary Truths: <zev22407: Before 15)Rb1 was played 15)Be3.> 15. Be3 drops the queen.

   Sep-27-07 T Rienaecker vs M Junge, 2004 (replies)

Necessary Truths: Black tried to lose on purpose, but the TD pointed out that it was against the rules to resign after checkmate is on the board.
