   Jan-31-11 J W De Jong vs S Siebrecht, 2011
arjh: More importantly, after 30...Kd7 31.Qc6 is mate due to the pinned knight!
Aug-09-10 David Turner vs A Higgs, 2010 (replies)
arjh: I was the black player in this game unfortunately! As noted above I take no offense from the pun, it's quite good actually. In my defence I can only say that it was round 8 and I was still very disappointed about a worse blunder in round 6 (up until then I was doing fine, 3/5 including
   Jun-26-10 A Riazantsev vs Karjakin, 2010 (replies)
arjh: Not quite Thomas Z - Ezzy has it right - after 33.Bxf8 Rxf8 34.Rxe6+ Rd6 35.Qh7! Qxe6? White has 36.Qb7+ Kc5 37.Ra5+! Kb4 (37...bxa5 38.Qb5 mate) 38.Rb5+ Kxa4 39.Qa6 mate

arjh: Who says you need to develop pieces to win? What a great game...
   Jan-10-08 J Lee vs Y Zhou, 2007 (replies)
arjh: I watched this game OTB - I think the score is wrong as I believe White played 26.Rbxa5 instead of the a1 rook. This means there is no piece win.
   Dec-23-07 Santa Claus (replies)
arjh: Dear Santa, A premium account would be a great end to the year, here's hoping...
   Mar-12-06 D Papadopulos vs D Podesta, 2000 (replies)
arjh: After 11. Nc1 would you have picked White as the winner?
   Jan-08-06 Shankar Roy vs R Forster, 1991
arjh: A fantastic final position.
