   Nov-09-22 M Fleissig vs O Gelbfuhs, 1873

fokers13: Actually white has the nice little shot 28.Rxf5 equalising but you're correct in saying that he's on the back foot for most of the game

   Oct-22-22 C Garma vs E Mortensen, 1990 (replies)

fokers13: it's ridiculous just how badly black was winning before he went astray with 34..Qxa4?? that turns the chessboard on its head. Though to be fair 34..Qxc1!! is a hard move to find to finish off white still he should have seen just how dangerous 35.Bg6 was

   Aug-18-22 Capablanca vs W H Failing, 1922 (replies)

fokers13: Capa is my favorite WC yet he somehow missed 26. Nxf5 ???Hard to believe maybe there's something wrong with the score

   Jul-29-22 A Pridorozhni vs I Rozum, 2021 (replies)

fokers13: <Cassandro> after 31.Qxh6 black has no chance to forestall mate but to 31..Qg5+ giving up the queen(and apparently he still gets mated after a few moves),so the score might be mistaken indeed since there's no way a gm missed that in classical time controls.

Apr-28-22 Carlsen vs Le Quang Liem, 2022 (replies)

fokers13: i guess MC didn't want 33..Bxe4+ if 33.Rh1 and 33..Bxd5 probably gets hit with 34.Rxd5! 33.Bxb7 is the best engine move though apparently.

   Apr-27-22 Giri vs E Hansen, 2022

fokers13: apparently Bf8 isn't even a mistake because if W tries 51.Qd3? after 50..Bd6 he gets hit with 51..Bxb3(Bc2,Rxc3) -+ so 50..Qa7?? is the lemon instead.I would assume the reason black played how he did was because he wanted the battery on b8-h2 but didn't notice he was slower.

   Apr-27-22 P Papp vs M Lomineishvili, 2010 (replies)

fokers13: i was wondering why did black not take the queen with 15..Qxb4,and after looking at the board for a while(and finally the engine),well apparently there's no reason it was completely winning. Not sure what you'd be afraid of either bishop control the a1-h8 diagonal and d8 is ...

Apr-27-22 Stein vs Evans, 1964 (replies)

fokers13: I thought h4-h5-h6 was an interesting idea even though it was definitely not the puzzle move, apparently black can defend with Bc6-e8.

   Apr-24-22 S Kiselev vs J Pribyl, 1995 (replies)

fokers13: this week was very easy in its entirety, got at least the first move(and in most the entire idea) without too much thinking required, nice change of pace to be honest.

   Apr-22-22 L Milov vs A Kreienbuehl, 2004 (replies)

fokers13: Spotted the game sequence but missed the Nf8 resource, move order really is important here. Easy for a friday unles someone rushes and mucks it up like i did
