   Mar-14-20 D Paravyan vs S Golubov, 2018 (replies)
villageboy: One of the best games I have ever seen, after a long time! Very rarely we get to see such exciting combinations, in the modern games.
   Oct-04-16 A Mastrovasilis vs A Marechal, 2011 (replies)
villageboy: I have never seen a piece being taken in 3 ways and still mating.
   Feb-03-15 Navara vs P Polak, 1996 (replies)
villageboy: Great game and Excellent pun!
   Nov-04-14 Stefansson vs J Rukavina, 2010 (replies)
villageboy: 26. Na7, should have been met with 26...Ra6(27.ba6, Ra7 28.Bb6,Ra6=). In case of (27Bb6 Nc5 and the other Knight to d7 and the Rook to b8 may hold for more time. Not an abrupt end like this!
   Oct-31-14 K Spraggett vs B Harper, 1976 (replies)
villageboy: @BalaKKa: Rc1+, picks up the white Bishop too, after the chop & fork.
Oct-03-14 Caruana vs Gelfand, 2014 (replies)
villageboy: 26. ... Bf4 seems to work!
Oct-02-14 Anand vs Kasparov, 1995 (replies)
villageboy: We, a group of good chess players were watching this game live and no one saw Rc2, when Nb6 was on the board. The variation is really world class.
Feb-03-14 K Georgiev vs Yu Yangyi, 2013 (replies)
villageboy: Of course, Qe7 is winning. But, Qh4+, also wins easily. Since, Kf7 loses to Re7+, the alternative with g5 loses through Qh6+.
May-21-12 Gelfand vs Anand, 2012 (replies)
villageboy: Do not under estimate Anand. He would just bounce back with white on 8th and win another game later.
   Mar-10-12 Najdorf vs L Frenkel, 1926 (replies)
villageboy: 17 e6, Bd5 18. exf7+, Bxf7, 19. Qf4, Rf7 (19...Qd5, 20. Qh6 Threatening the Doubling of the Rook on the f file. shoudl win) 20. Qh6, Rg8 21 Qh7 seem to be strong for white. Here 20... Kf8 21 Bd4 Looks winning.
