If I understand degrees of separation correctly, I count 3.

And the woman in question probably has 3 degrees of separation from Kevin Bacon.

Well, that settles it.

I've been repeatedly accused of being a Big Pawn sock puppet.

Liberals are delusional here as well as in real life.

<Susan Freeman>

<Chessical>, one of our most expert and prolific volunteer editors, needs the ability to edit games in the <Tournament Index>.

He has been tirelessly researching and creating valuable games collections, which we then vote in to the <Tournament Index>.

At present, he is forced to ask other editors to help correct some of his work, because you have not enabled him to have the power to edit events once they are in the tournament index.

Here is <Chessical's> latest post mentioning this issue:

Biographer Bistro (kibitz #21436)

Please bring this man in to the full editing fold. We need him to have full powers that are commensurate with his prodigious work rate.

  Susan Freeman: Hi <Jess>
Steve is going to get on this tomorrow.

He hadnít done the tournament part yet.

Also, he wants to make sure all the bugs 🐜 out with the current functionality before adding too many people.

I am sure <chessical> will be a great asset! We need such passion.

PS this starts Thanksgiving week here in the US. Things are traditionally slow.

Unfortunately, we are not supposed to celebrate with any more people than our nuclear family.

Thanksgiving has always been the perfect time to start family arguments, and that saves substantially on Christmas presents. 😜 That was my strategy anyway. Lol

Check It Out: Where is the Skilling Open tournament page? It only has Carlsen, Vachier-Lagrave, Liren, So, Giri, Nakamura, Karjakin...

Already 5 rounds completed.

Skilling Open Prelim (2020) (kibitz #1)

  Tabanus: https://championschesstour.com/regu...

Skilling Open is the first of 10 Champions Chess Tour events, one for each month. Each of the 10 is in two parts, a round robin and a knockout, similar to e. g. Legends of Chess (2020). To prevent a practically uneditable disaster,

a) CG can join the two together with a list of players (no table) under the name "Skilling Open" and hope that someone will make an intro similar to Legends of Chess (2020) (my preference)

b) CG can split each event in two parts (which apparently is about to happen). This will require <two> intros (one for each part) for <one> event. Too messy IMO, considering also tour points, etc.

c) CG should in any case have all the games as <Rapid> (not Classical), and then hope that someone will edit later the (not so many) games that are either Blitz or Armageddon (in the knockout part).
