Black has a solid lead in development and decides to go for an idea that is more fascinating than correct. -- Jacob Aaagard

.....My Chess life story.

I am a coffeehauser chess player from New Hampshire, USA and like a good attacking style game. Thus I play things like the King's Gambit, Danish, Traxler, Max Lange attack, Halloween Attack as White. As well as the 2 Knights, Reti Gambit, Englund Gambit, Marshall Attack, King Indian Defense as Black. Where I soon may be looking into the Benko Gambit, Perenyi Attack, Scandinavian Defense and Latvian Gambit. -of late my obsession has shifted from the Kings Gambit as white to the Halloween Gambit. Game Collection: Halloween Gambit -Let's Sack a Knight on Move 4

My collections reflect some of the Chess Attacking books that I like.

I did the Rapid Chess Improvement 7 Circles thing back in the 2000's and wrote about it in a blog here. http://takchess.blogspot.com/

I have created most of these collections will try to credit those who I copied in time.

My playing strength is on the left side of the bell curve of members of chessgames.com. Had an 8 year break and just picking up chess again. I currently limit my playing online too addicting. My wife says I can play all the chess I want once I retire.......

Annie K.: Hi, please don't post puzzles you would like to recommend to be featured as PotD. They are supposed to be surprises.

Kevin doesn't have your email yet - he has to get it from Sargon, and Sargon is very busy. Things should start happening very soon - maybe even today or tomorrow. Please just wait.

Or if you want to post your email, I will forward it to Kevin directly.

Aug-10-18  zanzibar: <Annie K.> you're implying that you know something about the status of the site, and about <Sargon>'s involvment...

But you're only revealing to us mushrooms in bits as an aside in a comment?!

Another disappointment.
