Dusko Pavasovic was born in Split, Croatia, but he plays for Slovenia. He has been a grandmaster since 1999, and has taken part in seven Olympiads. Pavasovic was Slovenian champion in 1999, 2006 and 2007. He is also a FIDE Trainer (2012).

Jan-12-05  Resignation Trap: Dusko Pavasovic was born October 15, 1976 and achieved the GM title in 1999. He has represented Slovenia in four Olympiads: Elista 1998, Istanbul 2000, Bled 2002 and Calvia 2004.

  Honza Cervenka: Dusko Pavasovic is one of few 2600+ players who play regularly Scotch Game. His other speciality in opening repertoire is Sicilian Alapin variation B22 (1.e4 c5 2.c3).
