Kibitzer's Corner
Dec-13-09  Dr. ADHAM: Wow! White is launching an overwhelming attack with an early sacrifice on the 8th move which will lead to an unavoidable black defeat especially after the 9th move h6 which I think e6 then Qe7 would be safer. If 15. ..Qa5 16.Bd2 or 16.b4 wins Q. If 15. ..Qa7 16.Nec7+ Kd8 17.Qxf7(threatening 18.Qe8#) Bg7 18.Qxe7#.Wonderful! isnt it?
Dec-14-09  Dr. ADHAM: Also,if 14. ..Qa5 white plays 15.Bxd7+ then 16.Qxa5!
Feb-03-13  shakespeare: After 9.Ng5 black should have no problems to win this game - carefully developing - trading pieces- a.s.o. 9....h6 does nothing like this
9....e6 and black should be winning
but thats why I like the Morra - you can sac like mad shock your opponent and win after his first unprecice move
Mar-09-13  xthred: What a cool game!
Mar-04-15  saintdufus: Only in correspondence chess can you reach this level of richness and creativity. Some of these moves (12.Ne6!, 19.Be3!!) are reminiscent of computer moves, they're so tactically sharp.
