  Teyss: Pretty straightforward. After 35.Kf2 Rxf1+ 36.Kxf1, one has to resist the temptation of forking right away with 36...Nd3? because of 37.Re8+ Kf7 38.R1e7+ and White wins. 36...Rh1+ first is required.
