I agree that it appears that black successefully fended off white's attack, and that white seems to be about to come apart. Perhaps black lost on time?

Sep-04-07  percyblakeney: I looked at the tournament bulletin at the official site and it only discusses other games from this round and doesn't say anything about how Burmakin won. His final move loses while Qg3 instead would give him the advantage.
