Sally Simpson: A draw? (the official site also says a draw.)

Final position. Black has just played 31...Rf2.

How about back here.

White played 31.Bh3 but wrote 31.Bf1 on the score sheet. I don't think this game made the automatic boards this game was played on board 117.) Black played 31...Rf2.

And here is the final position with the Bishop on h3 instead of f1.

White played 32.Rf1 but the score has a Bishop on f1 so that is an illegal move. The lad entering the moves into the database cannot record anymore. End of score. A draw was recorded.

So with my variation play continued.

32. Rf1 Rxc2 33.Ne6!

Threatening mate on f8. Black jumps ship with.

33...Rg2+ (34.Bxg2 allows Qh2 mate) 34.Kxg2 Qxe4+ 35.Kg1 (35.Bg2 meets 35...Qh4+ and mate) 35...Qe3+ 36.Kh1 Qe4+ 37.Kg1 Qe3+ etc....

Draw by perpetual. Slightly plausible with time control approaching at move 40. The error must have occurred on White's 31st move for the game to have stopped recording.
