Chessical: "CRANSTON TROPHY. Miss Crum, of the Edinburgh Ladies’ C.C., beat Mrs Sunter, Glasgow Ladies’ C.C., in the final of the Cranston Trophy, open for competition between members of these clubs.

By winning this event Miss Crum brought the fourth cup to her club, for this year they will have the custody of the Spens Cup, the Robertson Cup (club trophies, the Scottish Lady Championship Cup (Miss Malcolm), and the Cranston Trophy (Miss Crum). Truly a remarkably successful season, and one which reflects great credit on the Edinburgh Ladies’ C.C."
