Swiss tournament held in St. Petersburg, Russia, 18-26 October 2003, as part of the Russian Cup, and in celebration of the foundation of St. Petersburg in 1703 (May 27). Burmakin and Bocharov ended with 7/9, ahead of eight players with 6.5/9.
