These are a few famous ones. One day maybe i'll try annotating them for my own learning. Feel free to email me with other classics.

| 4 games, 1851-1991 - Dubious openings
When a correspondence opponent played Damiano's against me (and this was in a computer-aided league at playchess.de, no less!), it made me curious about old games with openings that are now totally refuted in high-level play.

| 3 games, 1560-1897 - Informator 35
For no good reason other than wanting to support a local used bookstore, i bought an Informator (aka Informant). Worse yet, it's my 2nd -- but don't worry, i know it's way over my head! I was just curious if all the games are in this database. There was an interesting endgame that wasn't.

| 5 games, 1983 - Nunn's Understanding Chess Move by Move
Most of Nunn's games seem not to be in here. These are the ones that are. Also, I believe Gambit is very touchy about games files from their books, so who knows if this is even kosher? Maybe they'd freak out if they knew i was doing this....

| 15 games, 1979-1999 - Pirc
Various Pirc games that i need to look at in more detail. In particular, i'm going to note games with similar positions to those of my own correspondence games at playchess.de.
