Professeur Y

- capacapacapa
I always thought capablanca's games (along with Fischer's and Morphy's) were particularly instructive. Here are my favorites.
|
| 13 games, 1914-1936 - Immortal classics
11 games, 1851-2004 - Opening disasters
Some funny games half the players involved in would rather forget. 10 moves or less.
|
| 8 games, 1750-1943 - Professeur Y's favorite games
A few personnal favorites that are not quite famous enough (or not spectacular enough) to qualify for my "immortal classics" collection.
|
| 3 games, 1900-1941 - Striking pawn formations
Games in which the pawns are the stars and seem to outshine the pieces by working together in formation.
|
| 3 games, 1834-2000
