Aug-25-06  paladin at large: Here's another "Don't mess with Maroczy in a queen ending" game. Straightforward play early on with 14. dxe5 and Maroczy has advantage in space and support - a little later - for his advanced rook.

  Jonathan Sarfati: Maybe Tartakover had overlooked that he couldn't take with 14... ♕xe5 because 15.♗f4 ♕f5 16.♗d3 forces the ♕ to move to either g4 or h5, whereupon White exchanges ♕s then forks the ♗s with ♖d7.
