IMlday: 7..Ne8 looks better than 7..Re8. White hasn't much after the B's come off. Kavalek discovered this trick.
Nov-15-05  Rama: Kavalek could maneuver. Here he uses a nice defensive combination in an Old Indian defense.

Hort vs Kavalek, 1980

I couldn't find the Ne8-move, though. Maybe that was in some other opening, also applicable here?

Apr-04-15  A.T PhoneHome: <Rama> A bit late but anyways; it is also found in English Opening's Nimzowitsch Variation by transposition:

Konstantinopolsky vs Boleslavsky, 1952 - Drawn game with <IMlday's> suggestion 7...Ne8. After that Bishops are exchanged on e7.

Filip vs G Barcza, 1954 - Drawn game with ...Ne8 a move later, 8...Ne8 and it is transposed here.

H Ree vs Kavalek, 1977 - Kavalek win with Black pieces, also 7...Ne8

May-24-20  cSete: 26. Qxb6. Not rocket science, but I wasn't looking at the entire board and overlooked. Easy to get sidetracked...
May-24-20  sudoplatov: Normally in this type of position, Black tries to exchange the Black Square Bishops. White's Bg5 seems out of place. Good Bishop vs Bad Bishop.
