Honza Cervenka: Exciting game. The finish was played probably in severe time troubles from both sides. I don't think that Spassky would have missed elegant but quite simple and crushing shot 38...Re2! (threatening Rxh2+ and Qh4# if the queen retreats) with enough of time on the clock.
Mar-31-14  cocker: And Larsen could have stayed in the game with 39 Qf2
May-31-15  ToTheDeath: Awesome play by Spassky.
Jan-08-16  jerseybob: <cocker: And Larsen could have stayed in the game with 39 Qf2> But for how long? After 39..Nh3 40.Qg3,Qg3 41.hg,Ng5 white has problems; for example 42.Rc1,Nf3 43.Rc5,Re2! Larsen's been trying all game long to stay in the game, but his opening was just too unsound.
Dec-16-17  TheBish: White's game went downhill after 10. f3?!. He should have played 10. h3.
Dec-16-17  WorstPlayerEver: <TheBish>

Dunno. 12. Bg5 seems to delay d6-d5
