16.Kb1 was better, 22.Ke3 was necessary though black had already clear advantage there.

  Honza Cervenka: 15...Rd8 looks very unpleasant for white, as retreat of white LSB from b1-h7 line is followed by Bf5, and 16.Rd1 can be met with 16...Ng4 17.Qe2 Bf5 18.Bc2 (18.Bxf5 Qxd1+ 19.Qxd1 Rxd1+ 20.Kxe1 Nxe3+ -+) 18...Qe6 with decisive advantage of black in both cases.
