  al wazir: If 40. Re1 Qc2 41. Ne2 Kb8 42. Nd4, the outcome is not clear.
Jun-18-05  OneArmedScissor: White's pieces never could fully coordinate together to get any kind of advantage Shirov was looking for.

Mateo: 21. fe?? looks like an amazing blunder. He should rather move the queen.
Nov-06-05  who: If 40.Re1 won't 40...g4 and advance the pawn win? Or are the mating threats of white real at that point?
Nov-06-05  KingG: Kasim plays the Najdorf quite well. He's only started using it recently, and he's had mixed results so far(against the best players in the world it has to be said), but all his Najdorf games are very interesting.
Nov-06-05  who: Or 40.Re1 Qf5 41.Ne2 Qxd5
Jul-30-06  Grega: Wow. This game is really something. Is White really lost aftert Kasim's 35 ... f6? My heart was for Shirov, too bad that his attack failed.

Can a strong player maybe point a line that leads to draw ? Any suggestions (from those with engines)?

Dec-21-08  positionalgenius: superb game here.
