Oct-09-05  rasputin72: hello,rasputin from uruguay
Oct-09-05  sellappa: computer gives a slight adv. to black with d5-d4. Hm...

1. = (-0.24): 10...d5-d4 11.e3xd4 Rf8-e8+ 12.Bd3-e2 Nc6xd4 13.Nf3xd4 Bc5xd4 14.0-0 Qd8-b6 15.Be2-f3 Bd4-e5 16.Bf4xe5 Re8xe5

Oct-09-05  CapablancaFan: Moro can't play d4 b/c after the ensuing exchanges Topa had the little suprise of bxh7+ waiting!
Oct-09-05  Petrov: Capa: ur good damn right man :))
Oct-09-05  sofouuk: if they have exchanged a pair of knights the chance of Topalov losing is zero
Oct-09-05  winter 1963: "Did moro play 9... Nxd5 or exd5 immediately? Playchess has 9... Nxd5, while chessgames has 9... exd5."

I thought this audio commentator said it was ...Nxd5 also.

Oct-09-05  marco antonio: It´s a good oportunity move castle
Oct-09-05  biserburov: dori vesko da specheli tozi turnir toi ne e igral mach s kasparov, ostava golemiq vypros moge li da go bie .....
Oct-09-05  MTal: petrov, I think moro was thinking B a5+, but now that bishop is fairly useless there.
Oct-09-05  virtuozo: mamka my toq 6te se opuva mai-ama 6te gutne i posle e lesno za nakraq sme si ostavili adams i polgar-napred vesko bulgaiq cqla sega tebe gleda
Oct-09-05  HammerTime: Black is trying to mess up this game! I suggest Moro move his B to g4
Oct-09-05  Darkhorse12: Topa's h pawn goes all the way to h6.
Oct-09-05  emevev: MTal, za6to pi6e6 na Petrov ma English????? :)))))))
Oct-09-05  Darkhorse12: Noooooooooo, topa should have not castled, should have played his h pawn all the way to h6.
Oct-09-05  kibik71bg: Miss 9...Nxd5 10. Nxd5 thats game is incorrect
Oct-09-05  virtuozo: bisere ami to4no vesko s pobedata si predi nqkolko meseca otkaza kasparov ot 6aha

Sneaky: Bxh7+ is a fantasy. If now 11...d4 then 12.exd4 Nxd4 13.Nxd4 Qxd4 and go ahead, play Bxh7+ I dare ya, ;-) The same thing was true a move ago except that Black could also slip ...Re8+ into the sequence if he wanted to.

I think Moro doesn't want to just give up his "weakness" as then the game will fizzle into dull equality.

Oct-09-05  E N I G M A: Bisercho,Kasparov se otkaza ot igrata sled zaguba ot nashiha,ako pomnish...Neshto mi prilichash na edin s nik "Karpov",ama da vidim...
Oct-09-05  biserburov: igrata e ravna
Oct-09-05  Nesebar: biserburov, ako Vesko specheli tozi turnir, toi e noviat svetoven shampion. Izobshto ne e nujno da igrae s Kasparov i da mu se dokazva za kakvoto i da bilo. Da ne govorim, che toi go pobedi poslednia put, kogato igraha. No tova e suvsem druga tema za razgovor. Vajnoto e nashiat da bie tazi vecher.
Oct-09-05  GrandMasterP: ami toi nali go bi v linares
Oct-09-05  thomaspaine: <Sneaky> No, you have the wrong line. ...d4, then Bxh7+, and if king takes, Qc2 and white gets the bishop on c5.
Oct-09-05  Petrov: Mtal: yeas man, i think i was better Qb6 with pressure on b2 pawn, and than Toppy is forced to move Qc2 and after Moro s pawn on d4 is safe for a couple of moves
Oct-09-05  acirce: Black doesn't usually have much problem in this line, does he?
Oct-09-05  bob000: Moro offers a draw but Topalov goes in for the kill.
