chancho: Capa has pigs on the seventh, but how does he pull off the win in the final position?
Jun-20-07  saintstephen11: the threat of Bf8 looms
Jun-20-07  Chicago Chess Man: Capa sure was rated high at this time. ;)
Jun-20-07  CapablancaFan: <saintstephen11> Is quite correct as Bf8 seals the deal, but what if black plays 29...Kg8 to defend against Bf8? Still dosen't work because now the rook on e6 is pinned and white simply plays 30.Be7! (Not an easy move to find!) The continuation could go like 30...Bxe7 31.Rxe7 Rxe7 32. Rxe7! and the other rook cannot recapture because of the pin! On 33. Capa simply plays Rxe6 or Qxe6 and he is an entire rook up.
