Nov-24-07  Karpova: This was played in the last round of Carlsbad 1907 when Rubinstein was 1 point ahead of Maroczy. So to win the tournament Maroczy needed to win this game and have his friend Wolf beat Rubinstein (and Wolf promised to beat <that polish upstart>)... it was not to be.
