Oct-24-20  MelvinDoucet: Shouldn't it be "Rice Gambit consultation"?

From the American Chess Bulletin, vol. 1, 1904, p. 34:

<"In order to make the record of the Cambridge Springs congress complete it is necessary to include the series of seven consultation games contested by the masters at the Rice gambit, which was here subjected to its severest test. The result, viz. four victories for white, two drawn games, and only one defeat, speaks for itself. There were three sessions in all, play occuring on April 30, May 7 and May 14, the masters being paired off in the following manner: First Round-Team 2: Teichmann. Lawrence, Napier and Delmar, white, versus Team 3: Marshall, Marco, Pillsbury and Hodges. Team 1: Lasker, Showalter, Mieses and Barry, white, versus Team 4: Tschigorin, Schlechter and Fox. Second Round-Team 1: Lasker, Showalter, Mieses and Barry, white, versus Team 2: Teichmann, Lawrence, Napier and Delmar. Team 4: Janowski, Tschigorin Schlechter and Fox, white, versus Team 3: Marshall, Marco, Pillsbury and Hodges. Third Round--Marshall and Barry versus Lasker and Mieses. Tschigorin and Showalter versus Marco and Hodges. Schlechter and Teichmann versus Delmar and Lawrence.">
