Black came up with 6...d4 and when White responded 7. Bd3 then 7... Nd5
Online databases show 6... d4 has been played a few times, but not by high rated players.
Few more moves and we have after move 13 this position with Black Queen at the mercy of a discovery from the White Knight.

Delmar quite rightly switched to King side attack. A nice conclusion to the game would have 16. g4! Nxg4+ 17.Rxg4 hxg4 18. Ng5 h5 19. Ne5
