  Tabanus: From Jaque 285 p. 364 (transl.):

<While they are about to sign the scoresheets, the arbiter, Lukas Iruretagoiena .. arrives and, brandishing some FIDE article, orders the players to complete up to 30 moves, since, according to him, a draw in 10 is unethical. Between confusion, shock, and discussion, Arlandi and Illescas manage to make one more move each, until the whole charade is stopped and the arbiter is asked to show the FIDE article. I don't have it in front of me, but it said something like "The prohibition on drawing in less than 30 moves was abolished on such-and-such a date, but if the arbiter observes unethical behavior on the part of the players, he may even call them to attention." Lukas, at the end of the discussion, and faced with the evidence that the draw had already been signed in 11, insisted: "But let it be known that I am calling your attention.">
