Rubinstein's 1. e4 e5 2. ♘f3 ♘c6 3. ♘c3 ♘f6 4. ♗b5 ♘d4 5. ♘xd4 cxd4 6. e5 bxc3 7. exf6 gives an even quicker ♘ disappearance and even more dead waters.
