Oct-01-04  pawn52: <DhavalVyas> if this is your idea of humor, I'm not laughing. NOW STOP IT!! Somebody's going to complain to chessgames sooner or later b/c of your kibitzing and you'll be in for it at that point! If you refuse to heed this warning, you will likely have to deal with chessgames and everyone else who probably won't care if you were an atom!
Apr-11-08  Knight13: Karpov had the gun to that g6 guy's head but never pulled the trigger.

The resultant exchanges are very symmetric!!

12...exd5 would've avoided all of those melodrama. Or even 13...exd5. Maybe Black didn't want White ganging up on his center pawns and killing them so he just took back with the pieces?
