tpstar: After 5. ed Qxd5 6. Bc4 the most common retreat is 6 ... Qd6 Opening Explorer followed by bringing both Knights out, then White regains the Pawn with Nb3 & Nbxd4. I like White's economy of development here, although Black was holding his own for most of the game. Cute K&P endgame trick.

tpstar-HCBX (FICS 2/7/06): 1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. Nd2 c5 4. Ngf3 cd 5. ed Qxd5 6. Bc4 Qa5!? 7. 0-0 (7. Nxd4 Qe5+ 8. Ne2 Bd6 9. Nf3) Nc6 8. Nb3 Qb6 9. Nbxd4 Nxd4 10. Nxd4 Bc5 11. Be3 Bxd4? (11 ... e5 12. Qh5; 11 ... a5) 12. Bxd4 Qc6 13. Bxg7 Qxc4 14. Bxh8 f6? 15. Qh5+ and White won (1-0).
