Chessical: Directly continuing the Black attack against White's King seems to lead to a draw. For example:

<20. ... c3> 21. gxf7+ Kxf7 22. Qg2 Kg8 23. h6 g6 24. f5 exf5 25. exf5 Bc6 26. Nxc6 Qxc6 27. Rg1 Qxg2 28. Rxg2 Rc6

Attending to the Black King's safety seems more promising, but there is a dangerous White sacrifice lurking:

20. ... fxg6 21. hxg6 h6 22. Nf5!! exf5? [Bf8!] 23. Qd5+ Kh8 24. Qf7 c3 25. Rxh6+ gxh6 26. Qh7#

It is a shame the players did not venture on to explore this exciting position further.
