  tpstar: In the Ruy Lopez Open, this trade line (11. Nxe4 dxe4) helps Black because the Pe4 dislodges the Nf3 from defending the Pe5, allowing Black to equalize. There's also the tactical point 12. Ng5!? Bxb3 13. Qxb3 e3 and the Ng5 is now en prise. Here Black won a Pawn, then the game after 19. Ne4?? Qc6 (20. Nf2/Nxc5 Qxg2++).
