Kibitzer's Corner
May-23-14  zydeco: 23.....Bb4 seems more sensible. Maybe Evans missed 25.Nd6.

35.....Rf2 may be better. If 36.Ng4 Rd2+ 37.Kc3 Bg5.

37....Bf4 has to be a mistake.

Evans plays the first half of the game sharply and then seems to spend the next twenty moves getting his pieces more and more tangled.

May-24-14  RookFile: Here's a vote for 27.... Nxc4.
May-28-14  zydeco: <RookFile> 27.....Nxc4 28.bxc4 threatening 29.c5 and after 27....Bc7 28.Rxb8+ Bxb8 white has an outside passed pawn and more active king in the endgame.
Jun-11-15  RookFile: And black draws anyway after that. I grant you he has no margin of error.
