Jun-15-18  ughaibu: How about 22...Qd2 followed by Rg8?
Jun-15-18  WorstPlayerEver: <ughaibu>

22...Qd2+ 23. Kf1 Rg8 24. Rg1 Qd6 25. Qe3 I admit SF played the last two moves :P

Anyway, SF says 22... Qd2+ 23. Kf1 Rg8 24. Rh2 +9 Qd6 25. Qg5

Jun-15-18  ughaibu: I see, but come to think of it, why not 22...Qd2 followed by f6?
Jun-15-18  WorstPlayerEver: SF: 22... Qd2+ 23. Kf1 f6 24. Be6 c5 25. Bxd7

If the Rook moves -24. Be6 Re7 25. Rh2 Qg5 23. Qh3 Rxe6 24. fxe6 g6 otherwise Black's Queen gets trapped.

-24. Be6 Re7 25. Rh2 Qd6 26. Nxg7

Jun-15-18  sudoplatov: By move 6, the opening has become a King's Gambit Declined.
Jun-15-18  ughaibu: WorstPlayerEver: so, all in all, it looks as if 22.Qg3 was a great move. Maybe a Sunday puzzle!
Jun-15-18  WorstPlayerEver: <ughaibu>

Indeed. Nice find, it's a great game.
