Kibitzer's Corner
Apr-27-05  Runemaster: Poor old Mieses - he was 80 years old at the time of this game, though.

FSR: Mieses played better at Hastings 1895 than here, 50 years later.
Oct-22-20  sneaky pete: The tournament book (by Kmoch and Prins) gives the move order 6... d5 7.Bg2 Bb4 and also informs us that black resigned immediately after playing 16... Rd8, without waiting for white's answer.

NM JRousselle: Interesting opening. The silicon beast suggests returning the pawn with 15... a5 as the path toward equality.

WTHarvey: White mates in 2 (deflection).
